To You... the one that just got the news that has taken your breathe away. That thing that appears to be the enemy. That things that feels like the " I got you now" moment. That thing that caused you to feel like you were hit right in the gut. That thing that made you feel like you were taken 10 steps back. When you were only three steps forward.
I know what you are thinking... You thought you were on the other side of this. You thought that this was a testimony, no longer a test. You thought you were so faith filled, unshakable, and solid but this has you in wonder and deep sorrow.
This is not the end. This is the beginning of a new thing. It does not make it hurt any less. It does not make the thoughts flee right away. That gut retching feeling you have right in your throat is loud and clear. But it does not mean you are shaken. It does not mean you are faithless. It does not mean you are left or alone.
God is right there in this with you. God seen this coming. God knows your faith, your strength, your love, & your next is with Him. God will never leave or forsake you. Things come and things go through the baptism by fire, through reaping, through generational curses and blessings.
Somtimes what appears to be an attack is a torch. God knows you will be like the fox that were lit on fire to run through the field by Sampson. He knows you are capable of being the serpent on the cross that Moses rose up to reveal and heal. God knows that you are strong like Jude and you will not leave or forsake Him through your mess to get to the true Message.
Many in this world are so lost. They need a HUGE BRIGHT LIGHT like the Bethlehem star. They need to see Jesus on that cross too. They need to see the resurrection. It is the only signs and wonders that will get their attention.
You are the billboard. You are the ambassador of Christ. You said you wanted to pick up your cross and follow Him.
Now He needs to you to lead them. With tears in your eyes, and great sorrow in your heart. Know that Jesus Christ can relate to you.
Jesus Christ felt what you feeling right now in His flesh. He even begged God just like you are right now to take the cup from Him. He looked at those around Him with great sorrow knowing He had to leave them for them to grow. He was frustrated and hurt by those around Him that kept falling asleep and remaining clueless, you know the ones that seem to be unshaken by your news but instead they do not care. Jesus knows. Jesus related. Jesus is calling you out.
In this sacrifice of your time, sorrow, wonder, serving, being still, prayer, fasting, pain and healing... you will gain so much more.
You will gain a deeper love and bond with Jesus.
You will lead others to Jesus and save their lives forever as you walk by faith and not by site through this.
You will go to a deeper level with Him and for Him.
You will gain a deeper healing that is unexplainable.
He trust you. Go back and recall the conversation God had with the devil over Jude. That same conversation is being had for you. God trust you. God knows you are extra special. God knows what you are capable of and He will not allow satan to kill you through this.
As you seek Jesus first and His right standing all will be added to you. That is your promise from Him. Do not forget it. Do not feel the need to seek pity in this, or attention in people. Because you will get distracted very quickly. I know you want it, and need it because you just want to know you are loved, thought of and maybe even have a defense session.
We are stronger. God will send His people to love on you, care for you, protect you, and pray for you. He got this. Seek power!
This is a season for you and Jesus to be hand and hand, face to face. I promise you with all my heart, mind, and soul that He is up to something for you not against you.
You can do this... because you can do all things through Christ Jesus that strengthens you. The answers will unfold as you take one step at a time out of this season.
The best is yet to come in Jesus name amen.
